High Strength Base Material - Q235B (EN S235JR): High strength, good ductility and strong load-bearing capacity for providing stable support to the greenhouse frame. It can withstand wind loads and the loads of covering materials such as glass or plastic films.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Corrosion Protection: Every tube is subject to rigorous hot-dip galvanizing with zinc coating thickness ≥85μm, which is able to form a compact, wear-resistant layer to effectively prevent moisture, salt spray and farming chemicals. This treatment prolongs the service life more than 20 years resulting in less cost on long term maintenance.

Threaded Ends for Quick Assembly: Precision-threaded pipe ends (BSW/UNC standard, can be customized) eliminate the need for complicated welding work and enable you to assemble greenhouse frames quickly and accurately.
