PRODUCT USE

FEATURES

Precautions for steel sheet piles construction
(1) When hanging the pile, use a special wire rope and lock QQ to tighten the pile body, and gently lift and release. Before pulling, check whether the vibrator is clamped to prevent the failure of the vibrator to damage the steel plate or cause accidents.
(2) The ground of the crane operation point should be flat, and the ground should be flat to prevent rollover accidents. If the ground is soft, the bottom of the supporting foot should be paved.
Do the support with digging, do it in time, do not delay. The support shall be horizontal and straight, and shall not be inclined (3) bent. Pay attention to the safety of hot operation and deep foundation pit operation when burning and welding support.
(4) Check whether the steel sheet pile and support are intact at any time, and repair welding should be timely found that the loose is found, and the bending should be reinforced in time and safety measures should be taken
5) In order to achieve closed closure in the construction of the corner, the corner pile must be set.
