STEEL STRUCTURE TESTING
Salt Spray Test: Analyzes the corrosion resistance of a coated sheet steel when subjected to a neutral salt fog test in accordance with ISO 9227, with consideration of marine or saline environments for rusting development and coating long-term stability.
Adhesion Test: Tests the strength of the bond between the coating and steel substrate and confirms that the coating will remain securely attached without blistering, flaking or delaminating when exposed to mechanical or environmental stress.
Humidity & Heat Resistance: Assesses the performance of the coating in a high temperature and humidity environment, comprises of testing for blistering, rusting & stability in tropical conditions of wet atmosphere in nature.
UV Aging Test: This test method imitates the long-term ultraviolet radiation exposure to determine weathering resistance such as discoloration, chalking, cracking and surface damage of coating.
Film Thickness Test: The DFT is measured to provide assurance that the coating has been applied evenly and in accordance with the requirements of protection to obtain a uniform corrosion resistance.
Impact Strength Test: Tests the ability of a coating to resist a sudden mechanical impact without cracking, peeling or losing adhesion when exposed to an external force or subjected to a deformation.
CATTLE BARN DESIGN
The heat generated by livestock naturally rises. If it cannot be dissipated from the building, the heat condenses on the cold roof surface, increasing humidity and making the bedding damp and cold. This creates a suitable environment for bacterial growth.
This not only increases the risk of disease in livestock but also exacerbates heat stress, severely impacting productivity, especially milk production, and also affecting fertility, abortion rates, and calf birth weight.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Steel components are carefully packed using steel bundling, protective wrapping, and reinforced wooden or steel frames to prevent deformation, surface damage, and coating scratches during handling and transport. Critical parts such as bolts, connectors, and accessories are packed in labeled waterproof cartons for easy identification and installation on site.
For shipping, all prefabricated steel structures are loaded into containers or bulk vessels depending on project size.
