Steel Selection:
Select great-grade structural steel (such as Q355B, S355GP, GR50) according to the mechanical properties.
Heating:
Heat billets/slabs to ~1,200°C for malleability.
Hot Rolling:
Form steel into U-channel with roll- forming machine.
Cooling:
Serve plain or with tap water sprays to the desired thickness.
Straightening & Cutting:
Check width and length, then cut to standard or customer size.
Quality Inspection:
Carry out measurement, mechanical and visual inspections.
Surface Treatment (Optional):
Apply paint, zinc plating, or rust protection, as required.
Packaging & Shipping:
Bundle, protect, and load for transport.

Yes. Bundle weight, product labels, stencil markings, and customer logos can all be customized according to project and import requirements.

We use reinforced fastening methods and protective spacing materials to reduce interlock deformation and surface damage during loading and transportation.
3. What is your typical delivery time?
Normally, delivery time is about 7–25 working days depending on order quantity, steel grade, and production schedule.
