STEEL STRUCTURE PROCESSING
Cutting
Plasma and flame cutting are utilized for thick steel plates, and precision shearing machines are employed for thin plates. This helps assure the accurate dimensions with clean smooth cut edges.
Forming
Cold bending and press brake forming are employed for purlins, gutters, and flasher-stocks, whilst rollers are used for circular members and round supports. This process guarantees the stability of dimension and strength of structure.
Welding
For H-beams and heavy columns, the submerged arc welding is performed and for connection plates and structural joints the manual arc welding is applied. Every weld is subject to rigorous testing to guarantee complete structural soundness and dependability.
Hole Processing
CNC drilling is employed to ensure perfect alignment of bolt holes, and punch press machines are used for small batch productions. High positioning accuracy guarantees the smooth and efficient installation on site.
Surface Treatment
Shot blasting or sand blasting is applied to rust and surface impurities removal, then grinding of weld seams and surface finishing. Then, the bolt and the rest of the assembly are hot-dip galvanized for superior corrosion protection and long term strength.
Trial Assembly
The columns, beams, and bracing systems are pre-assembled to check the fit and accuracy of the structure. Dimensional inspection is performed with professional measuring tools to meet design specification. Components are dismantled for safe packaging and shipping after inspection.
