PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS
1.Preliminary preparation: Such as procurement of raw materials, quality testing and preparation of materials. The raw material is generally high-quality graphitization furnace steel making/electric furnace steel making molten iron, which is put into production after quality inspection.
2.Smelting: Pour the molten iron into the converter, and then add some returned steel or pig iron for steelmaking. The content of carbon and temperature of molten steel were controlled through addition of dosage of graphitising agent and blowing O2 in the furnace during steelmaking process.
3.Continuous casting billet: Suitable steel billets are introduced into the continuous casting machine, and water from the continuous casting machine flows into the crystallizer, so as to allow the molten steel to solidify gradually to produce billets.
4.Hot rolling: Hot rolling the continuous casting billet through hot rolling unit to have reach the required dimension and geometric shape and size.
5.Finish rolling: The hot-rolled billet is finish rolled with more accurate dimensions and shape of the billet by means of changing the rolling mill parameters and the rolling force is controlled
6.Cooling: The finished steel is cooled to lower the temperature and to fix the dimension and properties.
7.Quality inspection and packing: Inspection to the finished products, and packing according to the size and quantity.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Packaging:
Stack the sheet piles tightly: Stack the H-Beam in a tight neat stack. Use strapping or banding to bind the stack to prevent movement during transport.
Apply protective packaging: Cover the bundle of sheet piles with a sheet of moisture barrier (poly or wax paper) to shield against water, environmental exposure, or condensation. It's going to prevent rust and corrosion.
Shipping:
