Our comprehensive quality control system guarantees that every H beam meets international quality standards and delivers reliable performance for construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
1. Raw Material Preparation
High-quality steel billets or slabs are selected according to ASTM A36, A572 Grade 50, or A992 requirements. Chemical composition is tested to ensure the raw materials meet international standards.
2. Heating Process
Steel billets are heated in a reheating furnace to the required temperature, ensuring uniform temperature distribution for efficient rolling and improved mechanical properties.
3. Hot Rolling
The heated steel is processed through multiple rolling stages to form the H-shaped profile. The web and flanges are precisely shaped to achieve accurate dimensions and excellent structural strength.
4. Straightening & Cutting
After rolling, H beams are straightened to ensure proper alignment and then cut into standard lengths such as 6m, 9m, and 12m, or customized lengths according to customer requirements.
5. Surface Treatment
Steel H beams are cleaned and treated based on application needs. Available options include black surface, painting, shot blasting, and hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced corrosion resistance.
6. Quality Inspection
Each H beam undergoes strict inspection, including dimensional checks, chemical analysis, mechanical testing, surface inspection, and ultrasonic testing when required.
