ASTM A992 Grade 50 Steel I‑Beam Hot Rolled S‑Shape American Standard I‑Beam With Mill Test Certificate
Our ASTM A992 Grade 50 Steel I-Beam is hot rolled S-shape American Standard I-Beam that is intended for use in structural applications that demand high strength, tight tolerances, and reliable load bearing performance.
Conforming to the A992 grade, this beam is ideal for construction of building frames, bridges, industrial plants, warehouses and similar heavy steel structures. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be issued to support the details of material grade, chemical analysis, mechanical properties and test results of inspections.

Hot Rolled Black:Standard state
Hot-dip galvanizing: ≥85μm (compliant with ASTM A123), salt spray test ≥500h
Coating: Liquid paint was evenly sprayed onto the surface of the steel beam using a pneumatic spray gun.

ASTM A992 Grade 50 Standard – Our I beams are manufactured to the ASTM A992 standard, which is a widely recognized grade for steel beams making them suitable for use in construction with a minimum yield strength of 50 ksi (345 MPa).
American Standard Sizes – Both S-shape and American standard I-beams come in a variety of sizes, and custom lengths can be ordered.
Strict Quality Control – Dimensional inspection or material testing and third party inspection by SGS/BV can be arrange as per project requirement.
Mill Test Certificate - MTC could be issued with critical material and mechanical test data for project documentation and quality assurance.
