Key Steps in the Steel Fabrication Process

1.Cutting

According to the construction drawings specified by the customer, we use laser and plasma cutting methods to precisely cut the raw materials as per the customer's requirements. We will also flexibly choose the appropriate cutting method based on the actual conditions of the materials, such as the thickness of the sheet, to ensure that each product precisely meets the customer's needs.

2.Molding

After the above-mentioned raw materials are cut, they are precisely shaped through our professional high-quality bending equipment. The entire process strictly controls the accuracy of the bending.

3.Assembly

The processed components mentioned above are assembled. The commonly used forming methods are welding or bolt fixation. The entire process ensures that the engineering usage standards required by the customer are met.

4.Anticorrosion

After the above-mentioned steel structure components are processed, rust removal and cleaning will be carried out. Depending on the actual usage situation of the customer or any special circumstances, different anti-corrosion treatments will be applied to the products, such as painting, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, etc.

5.Quality Inspection

We strictly control the entire production process, conducting dimensional verification and flaw detection at each stage. We will also issue certificates based on customer requirements to ensure that every order delivered meets the customer's standards.
