The general production process of cold-formed U-shaped steel sheet piles consists of the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Prepare the required steel materials according to different needs. Commonly used are cold-rolled steel plates or hot-rolled steel plates.

2. Rolling forming: Send the selected raw steel plates to the rolling machine, which will be pressed into the required U-shaped cross-section by the machine.

3. Cold bending forming: The pressed steel plates are then processed by a bending machine or cold bending machine to form the required U-shaped cross-section.

4. Cutting to standard length: According to the length required by the order, use professional cutting equipment to cut the product to the required size.

5. Welding (optional): This step is selected based on customer requirements. The steel sheet piles can be welded for reinforcement.

6. Surface treatment: According to the order requirements, surface treatment processes can be carried out on the steel sheet piles to enhance the rust-proof ability of the steel.

7. Quality inspection: We will inspect the finished products at the factory to ensure that the various indicators of the steel meet the standards and the order requirements.

8. Packaging and shipping: We will arrange the delivery of the finished products to the port required by the customer according to the time schedule requested by the customer.
