PRODUCT INSPECTION

1.Raw Material Inspection: Such as steel, wedges, nuts, bolts, bolt balls, sealing plates, cones, sleeves, and coating materials. Tests include chemical composition, mechanical properties, and quality of material.
2.Welding & Connection Inspection: Including weld quality inspection, non destructive testing (NDT), weld product detection (internal and external) and strength evaluation of weld. The torque of the high strength bolt installation and the performance of the connection are also tested.
3.Dimensional & Assembly Inspection: It includes processing accuracy of parts, geometric tolerance, assembling size and pre-installation accuracy, and quality of installation for single-story, multi-story and lattice building.
4.Structural Performance Testing: With load tests and evaluation of strength, stiffness, stability and verticality and overall structure safety.
5.Coating & Durability Testing: Testing of coating thickness, adhesion, resistance to corrosion, weathering, salt spray and impact, and performance to thermal/humidity cycling.
6.Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Such techniques include ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, among others to reveal subsurface defects in rock mass without deteriorating the structure.
