    Americas: Hot-dip galvanized (ASTM A123, zinc layer ≥ 85 μm) + 3PE coating (optional), labeled as "Environmentally friendly RoHS compliant".

    Southeast Asia: Hot dip galvanized (zinc thickness ≥100μm) + coal tar epoxy coating with emphasis on "no rust after 5000 hours salt spray test, suitable in tropic marine atmosphere".

    Steel Selection:

    Select a good grade of structural steel (i.e. Q355B, S355GP, GR50) according to the mechanical properties.

    Heating:

    Heat billets/slabs to ~1,200°C for malleability.

    Hot Rolling:

    Shape steel into U-profile with rolling mills.

    Cooling:

    Cool in individualized molds or pans with tap water, shaking until the consistency is right.
