JIS Sy390 U Type Steel Sheet Pile Corrosion prevention solution
Americas:
Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) strictly adheres to the ASTM A123 standard. Generally, the thickness of the zinc layer is no less than 85 micrometers. Moreover, customers can also choose 3PE coating. All surface treatments of our products comply with RoHS requirements.
Southeast Asia:
Usually, on the basis of thick-layer hot-dip galvanizing (with a thickness of no less than 100 micrometers), two layers of epoxy coal tar coating are added. The resulting products can pass a 5000-hour salt spray test without rusting, and are highly suitable for tropical marine environments.
JIS Sy390 U Type Steel Sheet Pile Locking and waterproof performance
Design:
Steel sheet piles usually adopt a sunken and raised locking structure, and their permeability coefficient can reach less than or equal to 1×10⁻⁷ cm/s.
Americas:
Our steel sheet piles all meet the anti-seepage standards specified in ASTM D5887.
Southeast Asia:
Our steel sheet piles are suitable for the rainy season in tropical regions and have the ability to resist groundwater leakage.
JIS Sy390 U Type Steel Sheet Pile Production Process
Steel Selection:
Choose high-quality structural steel based on the mechanical properties and performance requirements of your project.
Heating:
Heat billets/slabs to ~1,200°C for malleability.
Hot Rolling:
Roll steel into U channels with rolling mills.
Cooling:
Air or fire cool cool in water for the desired effect.
Straightening & Cutting:
Measure the exact dimensions and cut to standard size or length or to special size or length.
Quality Inspection:
Conduct dimensional, mechanical, and visual tests.
Surface Treatment (Optional):
Apply paints, galvanizing or rust-preventive oils as needful.
Packaging & Shipping:
Bundle, protect, and load for transport.
JIS Sy390 U Type Steel Sheet Pile Main Application
Municipal utility tunnel project:
Provides reliable retaining and waterproofing protection for the excavation of comprehensive pipe trenches and pipeline laying, ensuring the safety of underground pipeline construction.
Wastewater treatment project:
Constructs a sealed and waterproof retaining wall, used for the foundation pits of sewage tanks and regulating tanks and the construction of waterproof isolation.
Road slope support:
Reinforces the roadbed slope to resist soil slippage, suitable for road expansion and renovation as well as edge protection of foundation pits.
Emergency flood control and rescue:
Quickly builds temporary water-blocking walls for emergency flood control, foundation pit leakage blocking and temporary flood prevention barriers during the flood season.
Our Advantages

Full-process quality inspection, the size and mechanical properties of steel sheet piles are stable and reliable.
Technical Support:
Can provide engineering scheme suggestions, assist in selection and construction guidance.
Flexible Customization:
Supports customization of specifications and coatings, suitable for different project requirements in various working conditions.
Professional After-sales Service:
Follows up on orders throughout the process, responds quickly to various issues in the project.
Packaging & Shipping
Steel Pile Packaging
Identification Marking: Attach product labels to each bundle, indicating specifications, furnace numbers and weights, for easy counting and verification.
Edge Protection: Install protective angles at the edges of the steel piles to prevent deformation and scratches caused by collisions during lifting and transportation.
Stacking Protection: Set up isolation padding layers between bundles to avoid damage to the paint surface due to friction between layers.
Steel Pile Transportation
Lifting requirements: Use special lifting equipment for lifting. Do not lift by a single point. Avoid bending or deforming of the steel sheet piles.
Strengthening and bundling: After each loading, we will specially use binding ropes to reinforce the package to cope with the possible jolts during sea transportation.
Packaging inspection: After each shipment is loaded, we will have dedicated personnel inspect the packaging to ensure its integrity. During transportation, we will also regularly monitor the condition of the goods.
FAQ
Q1: What is the minimum order quantity for SY390 steel sheet piles?
A: Regular stock can support small-batch trial orders. However, for custom-made products, the minimum order quantity can be negotiated separately based on the actual situation.
Q2: What quality inspection materials are included with the product upon delivery?
A: Provide material list, mechanical property test report, and size inspection record. The Chinese and English versions can be provided upon request.
Q3: Can SY390 steel sheet piles be recycled and reused?
A: The product has excellent toughness. After proper construction and pile extraction, the intact steel sheet piles can be disassembled and recycled for reuse in the project.
Q4: For marine environment use, which anti-corrosion scheme is recommended?
A: For high-salt spray conditions in the marine environment, hot-dip galvanizing is preferred, combined with epoxy coating for composite anti-corrosion, to extend the service life of the steel sheet piles.
Q5: Which payment methods are supported for your order?
A:Regular payment methods such as wire transfer, etc. Specific terms can be negotiated and determined.
