PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS
The flow of the production of exterior standard H steel is generally as follows:
Preparation of raw materials: The raw material to make H steel is steel billets normally. The steel billet should be cleaned and heated to work and shape.
Pre-treatment: The steel billet, after being heated, is delivered to the hot rolling mill for hot rolling. In the rolling mill, the working rolls are in contact with the FFB at multiple points along the roll length, and the billet is shaped gradually into an H-shaped profile.
Cold working (optional): H-shaped steel after hot rolling h was cold processed, such as cold rolling drawing, etc. to improve the accuracy and surface quality of H-shaped steel.
