Packaging:
Steel structures are tightly packed with a a protective layer between to protect surface and the structure during the handling and transportation. The components and packing are normally wrapped with waterproof material (such as plastic film or rust-proof paper) while the smaller accessories are packed in wooden boxes. But all the bundles or segments are individually tagged, so you can safe unload and competently install on the site.
Transportation:
Static steel can be shipped in containers or bulk vessels depending on size and destination. Strapping is often used for large or heavy items, which are strapped using steel straps with wood on either edge to keep the items from moving and getting damaged in transit. A: Our steel structure is complied with American Standards such as ASTM A36, ASTmA572 etc. Carbon steel grades and ASTM specifications For example, ASTM A36 is a carbon structural, general purpose, A588 is a high – weather – resistant structural intended for use in harsh atmospheric environments.
Q: How could you ensure the quality of steel materials?
A: We purchase the steel material from the well-known domestic or abroad the steel company which have the quality assurance system. All those products are more or less rigidly tested, in fact also the chemical composition is analyzed, the mechanical properties are tested as well as through some non-destructive testing, among others by Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), to determine if the quality is meeting the related standard.
