PZ Type Steel Sheet Pile Production Process
Steel Selection:
Choose high-quality structural steel according to certain mechanical property requirements.
Heating:
Heat billets/slabs to ~1,200°C for malleability.
Hot Rolling:
Shape steel into Z-profile with rolling mills.
Cooling:
Cool at Cool or tap water spray dote until the target water content was reached.
Straightening & Cutting:
Maintain the accuracy of the tolerance while cutting the material to standard or custom lengths.
Quality Inspection:
Perform dimensional, mechanical and visual inspections.
Surface Treatment (Optional):
If required, apply paint, galvanize or protect from rust.
Packaging & Shipping:

PZ Type Steel Sheet Pile Main Application
1. Embankment project: Z-shaped steel sheet piles can be assembled to form a sealed water-blocking retaining structure, creating a safe construction space for underwater construction and deep foundation pit operations.
2. Wall support: Z-shaped steel sheet piles provide lateral support for the foundation pit, resisting the pressure from the soil mound and ensuring the smooth progress of workers' excavation operations.
3. Port and harbor: Serves as permanent shoreline bracing for docks, sustaining loads from soil, water and waves.
