Protective Packaging:
Heavy-duty tarpaulin is used to wrap every bale and 2-3 desiccants are applied to protect from moisture, followed by sealing with a waterproof layer as the outer layer.
Bundling:
Steel strapping(U.S. port compliance) (12-16 mm) good for handling the bundle weights around 2-3 tons.
Labeling:
The bilingual (English/Spanish) labels provide information on material grade and specifications along with the HS code, batch number and test report no.
Oversized H-Beams:
H-sections with size from ≥800 mm are grease-coated with industrial anti-rust oil, then dried, and finally they are fully tarpaulin-covered to provide additional protection against rust.
Logistics:
With constantly stable cooperation with some main shipping lines like Maersk, MSC, and COSCO, delivery can be efficient and dependable.
Quality Control:
The packaging and shipping processes are conducted in a manner consistent with ISO 9001 to maintain product integrity from the factory to job site.

A: Our H Beams comply with EN 10025-2 for S235JR, S275JR, and S355JR grades. We can also provide certificates per customer requirements, such as EN 10204 3.1 MTC, SGS, BV, or TUV inspection reports.

A: Bundles are wrapped with tarpaulin, 2–3 desiccant bags are added, and an outer waterproof cover is applied. Oversized H Beams (height ≥ 800 mm) receive anti-rust oil treatment before packing.
