FEATURES
In geological structural environments such as hard soil, leaf rock, and hard pebbles, the hammering and vibration of steel sheet piles are smaller, making construction more difficult and requiring the use of more sophisticated equipment for construction.
APPLICATION
Steel sheet piles perform better in foundation support in deeper silt layers, humid and underwater environments. The intensity and frequency of hammering and vibration need to be appropriately controlled to ensure construction quality.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
1.Container Transport Ideal S for small to medium size steel sheet piles. It's cost-effective, fast and common in global shipping trade. Yet container size restrictions make it impossible to load sheet piles that are too large.
2.Bulk Transport Sheet piles are loaded directly onto the truck, no packaging involved, which also helps to lower down the cost of transportation. To avoid the damage, piles need to be tied down and the vehicle must be able to carry the load.
3.Flatbed Truck Transport For long or large size sheet piles. This is more secure state than bulk transport, and at the same time makes loading more diverse. Various types of flatbed (extendable or low-bed trailers) trailers are used according based on length and weight.
4.Railway Transport Sheet piles The sheet piles are charged in special rail cars, fast, safe and cost efficient transportation. The fastening and steering should be done when controlled on speed to prevent damage in transportation of goods.
