1.Raw Material Inspection
Qualified steel billets are inspected for chemical composition, surface condition, heat number, and material quality.
2.Billet Heating
Steel billets are heated uniformly to the required rolling temperature before entering the rolling line.
3.Hot Rolling
Heated billets pass through multiple rolling stands to gradually form the IPE profile, including the web and parallel flanges.
4.Profile Forming & Sizing
Precision rolling controls the beam height, flange width, web thickness, flange thickness, and overall profile geometry.
5.Controlled Cooling
After rolling, the beams are cooled under controlled conditions to achieve stable mechanical properties and minimize deformation.
6.Straightening
IPE beams are straightened to meet specified requirements for straightness and dimensional accuracy.
7.Cutting
Beams are cut into standard lengths or customized lengths according to customer requirements.
8.Quality Inspection
Finished beams undergo dimensional, surface, chemical composition, and mechanical property inspections. Third-party inspection can also be arranged.
9.Marking & Packaging
Each bundle is marked with the profile, steel grade, length, quantity, and batch information, then securely bundled for transportation.
