    PRODUCT INSPECTION

    Examination Range:
    Some of these are: steels and welding consumables, fasteners, bolts, plates, sleeves, coatings, welded joints, beam and column connections, torque of high strength bolts, component sizes, pre-assembly accuracy, single / multi-storey and grid structure installation tolerances and coating thickness.

    Test Items:
    It covers visual examination, non-destructive testing(UT,MT), tensile, impact and bending tests, chemical composition, weld quality, dimensional conformity, coating adhesion and thickness, resistace to corrosion and weather, mechanical properties, fastener torque verification, and evaluation of structural strength, stiffness and stability.
