Hot Rolling:

Shape steel into Z-profile with rolling mills.

Cooling:

Cool, either naturally or with water spray, to the desired moisture level.

Straightening & Cutting:

Keep level of tolerance accuracy and cut to standard or tailored lengths.

Quality Inspection:

Perform dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections.
