1. Special specification product. Thickness range: 8-50mm, width range: 150-625mm, length range: 5-15m. This product offers a relatively wide range of specifications to meet user needs. It can replace medium and heavy plate and can be welded directly without cutting.
2. Smooth product surface. A secondary high-pressure water descaling process is used during processing to ensure a smooth steel surface.
3. Vertical edges and sharp corners. The finishing rolling process uses a secondary vertical rolling process to ensure excellent verticality, sharp corners, and high-quality edge surface quality.
4. Precise product dimensions. Both three-point tolerance and grade tolerance exceed standard steel plate standards, resulting in a straight product with excellent flatness. Finishing rolling uses a continuous rolling process equipped with automatic loop control to prevent steel accumulation and stretching, ensuring product flatness. Cold shearing ensures high length measurement accuracy.
Application
