PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS
1.Initial preparation: such as raw material purchasing, quality inspection and material making. The raw material is mostly molten iron which is high grade graphite furnace steel making or electric furnace steel making after quality inspection.
2.Smelting: Smelt the molten iron in the converter and add a proper quantity of hijacked steel or pig iron for the steel making. The carbon content and temperature of the molten steel are regulated in the steelmaking process by controlling the dosage of graphitizing agent and blowing oxygen in furnace.
3.Continuous casting billet: pouring the steelmaking billet into the continuous casting machine, injecting the flowing water of the continuous casting machine into the crystallizer, solidifying the molten steel step by step to get the billet.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Packaging:
Stacking the sheet piles properly: Stack the H-Beam H-Beams in a stable way, and make sure they are stacked well-side-aligned to avoid unexpected falling. Secure the stack for transport with strapping/banding to prevent movement.
Use protective packaging: covering the stack of sheet piles with a moisture-proof layer (e.g., plastic or waxed paper packaging) to prevent exposure to rain, humidity and other outdoor elements. This will prevent rust and corrosion.
Shipping:
