Main Application
Features
1. Special product specifications. Thicknesses range from 8-50mm, widths from 150-625mm, and lengths from 5-15m. This relatively wide range of product specifications meets user needs. It can replace medium plate and can be welded directly without cutting.
2. Smoothness of product surface. In addition, the processing employs a secondary high-pressure water descaling step to achieve a good steel surface.
3. Perpendicular edges with sharp corners. A secondary vertical rolling process is used during the finishing rolling process to ensure excellent perpendicularity, sharp corners, and high-quality edge surface quality.
4. Precise product dimensions, with three-point and same-grade tolerances exceeding standard steel plate standards, resulting in a straight product with excellent flatness. Finishing rolling utilizes a continuous rolling process with automatic loop control to prevent steel accumulation and stretching, ensuring product flatness. Cold shearing ensures high length measurement accuracy.
Application
Flat steel can be employed for fabricating, tools and mechanical auxiliary parts. It is also applicable for the building construction and moving staircases building structural components.
