1.Metallurgy Process: Raw steel is melted in an electric arc or basic oxygen furnace and then cast into billets.
2.Hot Rolling: Billets are first heated and then rolled in the final thickness and shape in the case of U, Z or AZ pile sections.
3.Cutting & straightening: The steel piles are cut to length and straightened to achieve consistency.
4.Surface Finishing: Mill finish/ galvanized/ coated as per requirement of the project.
5.Quality Check: Each pile is tested for chemical composition and mechanical properties along with dimensional checks.
6.Packing & Shipping: Piles are tied with steel wires/packed rust proof if required, delivered.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Normal Packaging: Steel sheet pile is bundled with heavy duty steel wire or straps. Bundles are firmly fastened so as to avoid any movement during transportation.
Optional Packaging: Anti-rust treatment, water proof package or other made-to-order packing can be done according to your project requirements to protect from rust and ensure good appearance.
Handling Precautions: Load and unload the pipe carefully to prevent collision, crushing, and scratching the surface. Use cranes, forklifts or slings that are specified for use with steel.
Transportation Safety: Adhere to routine safety rules to avoid mishaps, for example, the application of protective gear and proper securing of the packages during transportation are a must.
Conditions Special: Although not recommended for prolonged use in very hot or extremely corrosive media, in such cases an alloy grade with better heat/corrosion resistance may be considered, and also additional protective coatings may be considered to protect the pipe in the long run.
