    1.Selection of raw material

    The steel billets or slabs are carefully selected to keep the chemical composition and the mechanical properties stable.

    2.Heating in Furnace

    Steel is heated to a temperature above its recrystallization temperature to enable accurate hot rolling.

    3.Hot Rolling

    The steel is also roll-formed into U-type and Z-type profiles, which are used to manufacture the rigid frame, crimped and interlocking sheet piles, which are used to make the crimp-lock sheet piles.

    4.Cooling & Straightening

    Controlled cooling brings with it stabilized steel and straightening adds accurate dimensions and smooth surface.

    5.Treatment of surface

    Sheet piles can be supplied in mill finish or galvanized / coated for increased protection from corrosion.

    6.Cutting & Drilling (Optional)

    Tailor-made lengths and with pre-drilled holes to match specific project needs.

    7.Quality Inspection & Certification

    All batches are tested to meet chemical, mechanical and dimensional requirements and subjected to EN 10204 3.1 MTC.
