Padding: To avoid surface scratches or the "strangulation marks" of the straps, a small portion of rubber or heavy duty foam is inserted at the interface of the beams and the point of strapping.
Anti-Sliding: The alignment of the beams in a bundle should not be compromised. For shorter lengths, two-line bundling is adequate, for longer pieces, extra support points prevent bending and/or sliding.
Indoor Storage/Transport: If the steel is pre-painted or otherwise finished, it must be wrapped in a moisture barrier, such as a plastic film or kraft paper.
Outdoor Transport: For rail, oversea, bulk transport, double-layer waterproof tarpaulins are available as a standard to keep away from wet, salty environment of sea.

A: Q355B complies with the Chinese standard GB/T 1591 and meets international structural steel requirements.
Q2: Can you provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC)?
A: Yes, Mill Test Certificates are provided for each batch. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV is also available upon request.
Q3: What are your packaging and delivery methods?
A: H Beams are bundled with steel straps, supported by wooden spacers, and optionally wrapped for protection. Shipment is available via container or bulk vessel with FOB, CFR, CIF, or EXW terms.
