Prefabricated Light Steel Structure Frame for Warehouse & Workshop
APPLICATION
Bridges and Infrastructure Projects: Steel construction is prevalent in the building of steel structure bridges, highways, and energy infrastructure because it can meet complex engineering requirements with strength, accuracy and flexibility.
Industrial factories and plat production:Heavy-duty steel beams such as H-beam, I-beam, steel plate support high load-bearing industrial works. They are ideal for equipment platforms, production lines and factory floors.
Warehouses and Logistics Centers: Prefabricated steel sructure buildings enable rapid, cost effective construction of warehouses and distribution centers. Modular components, allow for fast building and provide strength and longevity.
Commercial and public buildings: Prefabricated steel frames offer a modern and flexible solution for commercial construction, for example, in office blocks, shopping centres and sports halls.

STEEL STRUCTURE PROCESSING
Step1.Cutting
Raw steel plates, section steel and other materials are cut into specified dimensions and shapes according to engineering drawings, using methods such as flame cutting, plasma cutting and mechanical sawing to ensure accurate blanking size.
Step2.Forming
The cut steel parts are pressed, bent or rolled into corresponding structural shapes through bending machines, profile forming machines and other equipment, so as to meet the design requirements of components such as beams, columns and trusses.
Step3.Welding
The formed steel components are connected and fixed by professional welding processes such as arc welding, gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding. Welding quality is strictly controlled to ensure firm connection and meet load-bearing and seismic requirements.
Step4.Hole Processing
Drilling, reaming or punching are carried out at the designed positions of welded components to form bolt holes and connecting holes, facilitating subsequent assembly and connection with other parts.
Step5.Surface Treatment
The welded and holed steel components are subjected to surface treatment including shot blasting, rust removal, degreasing, and then coated with anti-corrosion primer and topcoat, so as to improve weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
Step6.Trial Assembly
The processed components are trial assembled on the production site in accordance with the overall structure requirements to verify dimensional accuracy, matching performance and assembly feasibility, and adjust deviations in time before formal delivery and installation.
STEEL STRUCTURE TESTING
| Test Type | Standard(s) | Purpose / Notes |
